Pick up your Smartcard

You’ll need a GoGet smartcard to unlock and lock your booked GoGet car or van.

Once you're an approved member, we'll send you one in the mail. If you need to get going sooner or need a replacement you can pick one up from a local Pick-up Point.

No need to make an appointment, just turn up and they’ll be able to get you going. Once you’ve got your smartcard, you need to activate it in the Smartcard section in the GoGet app.
