GoGet Testimonial Terms and Conditions

Recitals

Carshare Australia Pty Ltd and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors and assigns (collectively “GoGet”) is granted a license to use of my name, likeness, photograph, video/film footage, voice, endorsement and biographical information and any reproduction thereof (“Likeness”) in relation to the promotion of GoGet, or any other reasonable purpose determined by GoGet (the “Purpose”).

I agree that: (a) GoGet may use any film, record or photograph I provide to them, and use my voice during and in connection with my Likeness and that GoGet will be the exclusive owner of the filming, photography and recording that I provide to them (“Content”); (b) GoGet has the right to use the Content throughout the world on any platform, including without limitation, on GoGet’s website and social media channels, an unlimited number of times in perpetuity and to otherwise exercise all intellectual property rights in and to the Content, and to license others to use the Content, in any manner, all or any portion thereof or of a reproduction thereof for any purpose whether in connection with the Purpose or otherwise; (c) I expressly waive any and all moral rights I may have in connection with my Likeness and in the Content; (d) I will not receive any compensation or payment or any form of remuneration now or in the future in consideration for the above consent from GoGet or any of its partners; (e) Without limiting any other obligation, the terms of this release form and the Purpose are confidential and I will keep the terms of this release form and the Purpose confidential and not disclose it to any third parties; and (f) My personal information will be collected, stored and managed in accordance with the GoGet privacy policy (https://www.goget.com.au/privacy-policy/).

I hereby waive any right of inspection or approval of my Likeness or the uses to which such Likeness may be put. I hereby waive, release and forever discharge GoGet from all claims, actions and liability relating to the use of the Content. I acknowledge that the Content may be transferred outside of Australia and stored and/or processed overseas.
